2 cups Bisquick
1.5 lbs. ground beef, browned and grease drained
1 medium tomato, diced
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 jalapeno peppers (optional), finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 8-oz. tub sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet taco seasoning
Recipe
Mix Bisquick flour with water until thick enough to spread on the bottom of a greased 9 x 11 baking pan. Brown ground beef and drain all fat, then add 1 packet taco seasoning. Spread beef mixture evenly over the Bisquick batter in baking pan. Spread the remaining ingredients over the beef mixture in the following sequence - tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, onions. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and shredded cheese and spread over as topping. Bake uncovered at 350 F for one hour or until top is golden.
