6 large flour tortillas
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can chili beef soup
1 med. Onion, chopped
1-8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. enchilada mix
1 soup can water
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Sauce:
Brown ground beef and chopped onion and drain. Add cheddar cheese soup,
chili beef soup, tomato sauce, water, and enchilada mix. Simmer 15 minutes.
In a 9 x 13 pan layer sauce and 2 large flour tortillas 3 times; end with
sauce on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with cheddar cheese
and return to oven for 5 minutes. Recipe
