Mock Zucchini, Bisquick and Beef Lasagne

1 lb ground beef
3 or 4 small zucchini, cut into ¼ inch slices
¼ cup Bisquick baking mix
1 (15-1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 egg
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degree.
Grease square baking dish, 8x8-inches. Cook and stir ground beef in skillet until brown; drain. Place zucchini slices in baking dish; sprinkle with ¼ cup Bisquick. Top with beef and spaghetti sauce. Mix 1 cup Bisquick, cottage cheese, and egg until soft dough forms; spread over sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Serves 6.
