Noodle & Ground Beef Sour Cream Skillet

2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup minced onion
1 lb. lean ground beef
6 oz. noodles cooked and drained
3 cups tomato juice
1 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup sour cream


Recipe



Heat the onion in the butter until soft and golden. Add the meat and brown. Spread the cooked noodles over the meat. Add tomato juice, celery salt, thyme, salt, pepper and Worcestershire Sauce. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in the sour cream and serve.
