Pasta Sausage Bake

Freshly boiled pasta
Pack of sausages (between 1-2 per person)
A can of tinned tomatoes
Grated cheese
Roughly Chopped bread crumbs

Chop the sausages, and stir fry in a little oil. (You may find that previously coating the sausage will stop the pieces from sticking when they are cooked). Open the can of tomatoes, and pass the whole can through a blender till smooth. (This makes for the easiest tomato sauce ever!) For extra flavour, you may want to add a teaspoon of fresh or dried mixed herbs.
Mix the sauce and sausage pieces together in a large saucepan and briefly bring to the boil. Pour the pasta into an oven-proof dish, sprinkle the cheese and breadcrumbs over the top until covered.

Place dish under the grill untill the cheese has melted, and bread crumbs are golden-brown. Serve immediately with vegetables (for healthy balance) of your choice!
