1 lb (8) hot dogs
white American cheese (cut in strips)
mashed potatoes, enough to cover top of hot dogs
1 can tomato sauce

Recipe



Cut a slit, lengthwise, in the hot dogs.
Place hot dogs in a baking dish.
Spoon 1 t. of tomato sauce in each slit.
Cover tops of hot dogs with mashed potatoes.
Top mashed potatoes with cheese.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
Pour the rest of the tomato sauce over the top.
Bake for another 5 minutes.
