    1/3 cup cooking oil
    4-5 medium red skinned potatoes
    1/2 of 1 large red onion
    1/2 of 1 green bell pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 white pepper (black is ok too, i prefer white)
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pizza seasoning (or red pep. flakes)
    1/4 tsp. vegetarian worstechire sauce
    dash of onion powder
    dash of paprika
    dash of curry
    dash of tabasco sauce
    3 eggs
    garden salsa as topping.

    Recipe



    Preheat the oil in a large frying pan on medium high heat while you chop up the potatoes.

    Add the potatoes to the pan.

    While the potatoes are frying, chop up the onion and green pepper.

    When the potatoes are a little bit crispy (burnt), add the onion and green pepper. You may substitute fresh garlic for garlic powder at this point if you prefer.

    Cook the potatoes/vegetables until the onion looks clear, and a little crispy, and the potatoes are burnt. (5 min. or so)

    Add all of the spice and sauces EXCEPT for the paprika. (Paprika shouldn't be overheated).

    Cook for 2 more minutes.

    Scramble eggs in a bowl; then add the eggs to the pan. Wait until the eggs form a solid layer around the pan, then scramble them with the potatoes in the pan until the eggs are cooked (approx. 2 minutes).

    Sprinkle with paprika, top with salsa, and serve.
