    Sour Cream Chicken Casserole

    4 chicken breasts, boned, halved, skinned
    8 slices uncooked bacon
    2 3oz packages smoked dried beef
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 pint sour cream

    Line bottom of 9x13 glass baking dish with layers of dried beef. Wrap each breast with bacon strips. Place breasts in two rows of four each on top of beef. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake at 250 degrees, uncovered, for 3 hrs. This dish may be assembled and froen, thawed and baked when needed. The soup makes good gravy over rice.
