    1 lb. frankfurters, cut into 2 inch lengths
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, coarsely chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 Cup pineapple chunks with juice
    2 small tomatoes, peeled, seeded & quartered
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 Cup dry vermouth
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar

    Recipe



    Cook hot dogs for 10 minutes in boiling water Heat oil in large skillet and add onion, green pepper, pineapple and juice, and tomatoes. Cook until well mixed and heated through

    Mix cornstarch with a little water to make a paste. Mix in skillet with vermouth and vinegar. Stir until smooth

    Mix in drained hot dogs and simmer for 5 minutes

    Makes 4 servings
