Swiss 'n Turkey Casserole

16 oz. turkey light meat, skinless, cooked, and cubed
1 cup reduced-fat Swiss cheese, shredded
2 cups croutons
2 cups celery, sliced
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, cheese, croutons, celery, mayonnaise, milk, onions, and bell peppers. Spoon into prepared dish. Bake for 40 minutes or until heated through.
Makes 8 servings.
