Three Cheese Enchiladas

1 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (3oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can enchilada sauce
2 tbl. chopped fresh cilantro
8-10 flour tortillas
shredded lettuce, fresh tomato
Recipe
Combine 1 cup of the monterey jack cheese,1 cup of the cheddar cheese and all of the cream cheese, 1/4 cup of the enchilada sauce, green onions and cilantro. Mix well. Spoon into tortillas and roll up. Place seam side down in a 9x13 casserole dish. Spoon remaining enchilada sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with shredded lettuce and tomatoes.
