    1 cup real butter
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 1/4 cups flour

    Recipe



    In a lg bowl, cream butter and sugar, stir flour gradually.

    Turn onto floured surface and knead till smooth. Pat into a large rectangle, 11x8. Cut into squares. Prick with fork.

    Bake at 300 for 25 minutes.

    Makes about 3-3 1/2 dozen
