Chocolate Raspberry Streusel Bars

Makes 3 dozen bars
3 C flour
3 C oats
1 C granulated sugar
1 C packed brown sugar
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 C butter
Heat over to 375 degrees. Combine flour, oats, sugars, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Reserve two cups of the oat mixture for streusel. Press remaining oat mixture onto bottom of well greased 10 x 14 pan. Bake 10 minutes, until lightly golden.
2 C raspberry jam
2 C semisweet chocolate pieces
1/2 C sliced almonds
1 C white chocolate pieces, melted
Spread jam over crust. Sprinkle evenly with semisweet chocolate pieces, patting gently. Combine reserved oat mixture with almonds. Sprinkle over chocolate pieces, patting gently. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until deep golden brown. Cool completely. Drizzle with melted white chocolate. Let chocolate set before cutting bars.Recipe
