    Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

    1 Egg
    1 Cup creamy peanut butter
    1 Cup granulated sugar

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients well
    Using hands, shape into one inch balls and place onto an ungreased cookie sheet
    Flatten slightly with a fork
    Bake at 350 degrees until golden
    Cool slightly before removing from pan
