1/4 cup butter or margarine (1/2 stick)
2 Snicker candy bars (2.16 oz) cut into small pieces, divided
40 marshmallows
2 cups corn chex cereal
2 cups rice chex cereal
2 cups wheat chex cereal Recipe
Butter a 9 inch square pan.
In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in 1/2 the candy bars & all the marshmallows. Cook, stirring frequently, until melted & smooth.
Gradually add cereals, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated.
Stir in remaining candy bar.
Press into pan with back of spoon.
Cool.
Cut into squares.
Makes about 16
This is a very old recipe & I know the weight of Snickers has changed. So improvise, a little more or less won't make a lot of difference
