    one half cup Crisco
    one cup sugar
    one fourth teaspoon baking soda
    one and one half teaspoon baking powder
    two cups flour
    two eggs
    one teaspoon vanilla
    two-thirds cup of crushed pineapple (from a can, drained)

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together.

    Drop by rounded teaspoons full onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until light brown.

    These cookies pack well for shipping or gift giving.
