    Lemon Cake Mix Cookies

    1 large egg
    1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
    1 lemon cake mix, dry

    Recipe



    Whisk egg with whipped topping until blended.

    Stir in cake mix by hand. Shape into small balls; roll in powdered sugar.

    Bake on lightly greased cookie sheep at 350 F for 7 minutes.

    Remove & let cool on rack.
