    1 tablespoon rum flavoring
    2 teaspoons freeze-dried instant coffee (dry)
    3/4 cup chocolate ready to spread frosting
    1 package (16 ounces) golden pound cake mix
    1/4 cup Gold Medal all purpose flour
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350º
    Grease and flour a 13x9x2 inch pan.
    Mix rum flavoring and coffee until coffee is dissolved.
    Mix frosting, cake mix (dry), flour, coffee mixture, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl constantly. Stir in nuts.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until indentation remains when touched in center.
    Cool, cut into squares.
