    4 eggs
    2 cup sugar (or less)
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 cup milk, scalded
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    6 oz jar peanut butter, smooth
    1 jumbo Hershey bar
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla extract together.

    Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix again.

    Add scalded milk and melted oleo. Mix until thoroughly blended on medium speed.

    Pour in greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

    Remove and spread with peanut butter. Refrigerate until peanut butter hardens on cake.

    Melt Hershey bar over double boiler and spread over hardened peanut butter. Cool.

    Cut into squares before chocolate hardens completely
