    1 cup butter
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 Tbsp water
    2 cups flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 cups ground pecans
    powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Cream butter, add sugar, vanilla & water
    Beat well
    Add flour & nuts
    Chill for 1 hour
    Shape dough into small fingerlike rolls
    Bake 1 hour at 250°
    While still warm roll in sugar
    Makes 5 dozen
