    2 1/4 c all purpose flour
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 c (2sticks) butter or margarine
    1 c firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2tsp vanilla
    1 (6oz) pkg butterscotch chips
    1 c mini marshmallows

    Recipe



    Beat butter with sugars until fluffy in large bowl with electric mixer at high speed: beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, soda, and salt, a third at a time, blending well; stir in butterscoch chips. Drop dough, a scant 1/4 cupfull 6" apart on large cookie sheets; spread into 4" rounds. Bake in 375F oven 10 minutes, place several marshmallows on top of each. Bake 2 minutes longer, or just until marshmallows melt. Remove to racks to cool.

    Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
