    Quick Peanut Butter Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    2 pastry crust sticks
    1 c sugar (part brown sugar if desired)
    1/2 c peanut butter
    3 T water

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients. Stir until mixture forms a dough.
    Shape into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten with fork that has been dipped in sugar.
    Bake 375° 8-10 minutes
    Cool cookies slightly before removing from cookie sheet
    30-36 cookies
