2-1/4 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
10 regular or 20 miniature Reese's Cups, coarsely chopped
8 ounces chocolate chips
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and sugars; mix 3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Gently stir in Reese's Cups and chocolate chips.
Drop dough by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Cookies will look soft and underdone--do not overbake.
