Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Divide dough in half; wrap each half separately in waxed paper. Chill 1 hour or until firm. On waxed paper shape each half of dough into a log about 12 inches long. Roll up in waxed paper; refrigerate up to one week or freeze up to eight weeks.
To bake preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut each log into 1/4 inch slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake eight to ten minutes.
