    2 cups white sugar
    1 cup sour cream
    3 eggs
    1 cup butter
    4 cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cream of tartar
    1 tsp orange extract
    1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Cream butter & sugar together
    Add orange extract, then eggs
    Beat till fluffy
    In a separate container, stir flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar together
    Add sour cream to the wet ingredients, then add the flour mix
    Beat till thoroughly mixed
    Add white chocolate chips and mix
    Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet
    Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 12-15 minutes
