    BBQ Chicken in the Crockpot

    3 lbs chicken thighs
    1 jar barbeque sauce
    1/2 cup water

    Recipe



    Brown chicken thighs in skillet if you leave on the skin*. If you remove the skin just add them to the crock-pot with barbeque sauce and water. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve it over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes. *Chicken skin does not cook well in the crock pot. It is worth taking a little time to brown in first or remove it before cooking!
