    2 lb Ground beef
    3/4 c Crushed corn flakes
    1 ts Parsley flakes
    2 Egg
    2 tb Soy sauce
    1/2 c Ketchup
    2 tb Onion finely diced
    1/3 ts Salt

    Sauce:
    1 cn (16-oz) jellied cranberry sauce
    1 Bottle (12-oz) chili sauce
    2 tb Brown sugar
    1 tb Lemon juice

    Recipe



    Mix ground beef, corn flakes, parsley, eggs, soy sauce, ketchup, onions and salt thoroughly and form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Cover with sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or brown meatballs in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes, then place in slow cooker with sauce. Cover and cook on low 4- 6 hours or on high 2 hours.

    Sauce: In saucepan combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice. Cook while stirring over medium heat until smooth.
