Fill a six quart crock pot layering these ingredients in the following order:
8-10 (depending on size) red skinned potatoes, scrubbed and left whole
2 medium onions chopped
4-6 cloves garlic left whole (more or less depending on your preference)
3-4 zucchini squash (depending on size) sliced in half lengthwise
1-2 pounds boneless pork ribs
Add approximately one cup of water.
Cook on low overnight or for approximately 10-12 hours.
