Cherry Pineapple Turkey Roast

3 pound frozen boneless turkey roast
1 10 ounce jar cherry preserves
1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drain, but reserve juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
dash cloves
Remove wrappings and fat from turkey roast. Place in crockpot. Combine juices from pineapple, lemon juice and cloves. Pour over turkey. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Just before serving, remove roast to warm platter. Turn crockpot to high. Mix cherry preserves and pineapple with juices in crockpot and heat. Slice turkey and spoon cherry sauce over slices. Serve with remaining sauce. Serves 8 to 10.
