Chicken Mushroom Noodles

Season a whole chicken
Place it in the crock pot (can be cut up if it won't fit whole).
Add water to cover.
Cook about 8-10 hours on low or until chicken falls off the bone.
Using a slotted spoon, remove chicken to a bowl.
Remove about half the remaining broth.
Add a family sized can of Cream of Mushroom soup and stir well.
Add a bag of noodles (we use about a pound bag).
Turn crock pot to high.
(This is the tricky part. You have to add enough broth back in to cook the noodles without leaving a watery mess. I usually start with about one cup added then keep an eye on the noodles and stir often. They take about 8 minutes to cook.)
During this eight minutes, remove the chicken from the bone and skin. Leaving nice pieces of meat.
Add the boned chicken back in and cook about another minute or two to blend. Recipe
