Chicken with Ham

4 boneless chicken breasts
4 slices bacon
8 to 10 slices Smithfield ham
1 cup sour cream
1 10 3/4 ounce can chicken mushroom soup or cream of mushroom soup
sauteed mushrooms or pimento slices for garnish, optional
Line bottom of crockpot with the Smithfield ham. Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Combine the sour cream and mushroom soup; pour over the chicken breasts. Cook on low in the crockpot for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 6 to 8 hours. Before serving you may garnish with either sauteed mushrooms or slices of pimento. 4 servings.
