8 medium potatoes; peeled, cubed
1 cup chopped onion
4 carrots; sliced
2 stalks celery; sliced
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
5 cups water
1/3 cup butter; melted
13 ounce evaporated milk
Combine all ingredients, except evaporated milk in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Stir in evaporated milk 1 hour before serving.
