    Crock Pot Guacamole Tomato Salsa

    List of Ingredients




    Two 28 ounce cans of crushed tomatoes
    Two 14.5 ounce cans of diced tomatoes
    6 stalks of celery, diced
    4 large onions, finely chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons of minced pickled jalapeno pepper
    2/3 cup of packed light brown sugar
    1/2 cup of cider vinegar
    1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
    2 tablespoons of salt

    Lightly spray a 4 or 6 quart slow cooker with vegetable oil cooking spray. Combine all of the ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
