    3 cans (15 oz. each) black beans, undrained
    2 cans (14.5 oz. each) beef broth
    1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    5 oz. extra-lean fully cooked ham, cut into 1 inch cubes
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    1 tsp dried oregano leaves
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp dried thyme leaves
    1 tsp pepper

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in crock pot stoneware stir well.

    Cover cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours.
