Ham Hocks and Lima Beans

1 pound dry lima beans
2 ham hocks
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 bay leaf
1 cup water
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
Recipe
Soak bean overnight and drain. (Sometimes, depending on the freshness of the beans, I omit this step in the process). Combine beans with remaining ingredients in the crock cooker and cook at low heat for 8 to 10 hours. (I use high for the first two hours & then I lower the heat)
