    5 - cups frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 - cups cheddar cheese, grated
    1 - cup milk
    1/2 - cup half-and-half
    1/2 - cup green onions, thinly sliced
    1 - cup frozen peas
    1 - teaspoon salt
    1 - teaspoon black pepper
    1 - teaspoon paprika

    Recipe



    In the 3 to 4-1/2 quart slow cooker, add potatoes, cheese, milk, half & half, onions, peas, salt, pepper, and paprika.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Cover cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
