    Fill a crock pot half full with pitted apricots. Put about 1 c. to 1 1/4 c. of sugar over. Put the lid on and set at high. Put a small plate in the freezer.

    In about four-five hours take the lid off and blend with a hand blender. Carefully! It will be hot. Then put a tiny bit on the frozen plate to make sure it doesn't run down. The jam is ready if it doesn't.

    Pack the jam in jars and freeze after cooled. That's it!
