1/2 cup (4 ounces) sweetened tea
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
2 - 3 tablespoons ketchup
1 picnic shoulder (small enough to fit into your crockpot)Recipe
Mix all ingredients, except shoulder. Put ham in crockpot (skin-side-up) and cover with tea mixture. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour, then cook on LOW all night. Ham will be so tender you can pull it apart with a fork.
