Pork Roast, Sauerkraut and Dumplings

Season a pork roast and put in crock pot
Add a jar (or bag or 2) of Sauerkraut
Add water to cover all
Cook about 8-10 hours on low until pork is tender.
Remove pork and sauerkraut but leave liquid.
Take a can of refrigerated biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
Drop the pieces into the liquid and let cook about 30 minutes on high until they look like dumplings.
Serve.
