Pot Roast w/a Kick!

4 1/2 pounds Beef roast (chuck cut works great)
1 jar Pepperoncinis
minced garlic to taste
Cheese-Whiz
Recipe
Cut small slits all over roast. Shove minced garlic inside all slits. Place roast in a crock pot. Dump entire jar of pepperoncini, juice & all over roast. If you like extra garlic taste, dump some more minced garlic on top. Slow cook 12 hours on low. Serve on Hoagie rolls w/Cheese Whiz & those cooked pepperoncinis for an extra kick!
