    Shrimp and Ham Jambalaya

    1 1/2 cups chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, Italian-style
    1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 pound smoked ham, cubed
    2 pounds raw shrimp
    1 cup uncooked rice

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except ham, shrimp and rice in Slow Cooker.

    Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours.

    Stir in ham, shrimp and rice. Cover and cook on HIGH for an additional hour, stirring twice.
