    CHEESECAKE BASE
    1/4-cup melted margarine
    1 1/4-cups quaker oats
    1/4-cup packed brown sugar
    2-tbsp all-purpose flour

    MIDDLE
    2-8oz. pkgs cream cheese
    1/2-cup granulated sugar
    2-eggs
    3/4-tsp vanilla

    TOP
    4-cups peeled, thinly sliced apples
    1/3-cup sugar
    1/2-tsp cinnamon
    1/4-cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Melt margarine
    Add oats, brown sugar and flour.
    Mix well & press into 9" spring-form.
    Bake at 350* for 15min.
    Combine cream cheese and sugar
    Blend at medium speed until well-blended
    Add eggs one at a time
    Blend in vanilla
    Pour over crust.
    Toss apples in combined sugar & cinnamon.
    Arrange apples over cream cheese mix.
    Sprinkle pecans on top.
    Bake at 350* for 55-60 min. Or until centre is set.
    Cool in pan on cooling rack.
    Chill before serving

    Makes 12 servings
