    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg

    Cream and add: 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda

    Bake in muffin tins 30 minutes at 350 degrees or double recipe and bake in bundt pan.
