Beet-Nix Cake

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
2 eggs
4 heaping Tbls cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups beets crush
Recipe
Combine flour, sugar and salt. In a saucepan, add margarine, oil, water and cocoa and bring to a boil. Add flour mixture. Put in milk, soda and eggs. Last, but not least, pour in the crushed beets. Pour into a greased and floured 9x9 or 9x13" baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes on 350 degrees.

1 lb powdered sugar
1 1/2 Tbls cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 Tbls
pinch of salt
