    Crust
    1 pkg.(200g.)Chocolate Wafer cookies, finely crushed
    1/3cup butter, melted

    Filling
    1cup sugar
    3pkgs.(250g.)Cr.creese
    4 eggs
    1/3cup hazelnut liqueur
    8 squares bittersweet choc
    1/2cup sour cream

    Topping
    1cup sour cream
    Icing sugar
    Bittersweet choc. Curls

    Recipe



    Crust
    Combine wafer crumbs & melted butter;
    Press mixture evenly over bottom & up sides to within 1/2" of top of 9" springform.
    Refrigerate while preparing filling

    Filling
    Beat softened cream cheese & sugar until blend until smooth
    Beat in eggs one at a time
    Beat in liqueur, then melted chocolate
    Blend in sour cream. Pour into prepared pan
    Smooth top
    Bake at 350* for 45 to 55 minutes or just until center is barely set
    Cool completely on wire rack, then refrigerate overnight
    To serve: run sharp knife around edge of cake to loosen; remove pan rim
    Spread top of cake with sour cream.
    Arrange chocolate curls on top
    Sieve icing sugar over curls

    16 servings
