    Blackberry Wine Cake

    Grease and flour bundt pan

    1box white cake mike
    1 small pkg. Blackberry or Black Cherry Jello

    Mix at low speed to get all lumps broken up.

    Add :
    4 eggs
    1 cup oil
    1 cup blackberry wine

    Beat at low, med. speed (as directed on cake mix box)
    Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes.

    Icing
    2 cups sifted powdered sugar
    Enough blackberry wine to thin to spreading consistency. (does not take much)
    Drizzle over cake.

    Do not have to use expensive wine. I have tried several brands and have found Mogan David to be as good as any and it is cheaper.
