    6 squares semi-sweet chocolate
    ¾ cup butter
    1 ½ cups granulated sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    ½ tsp salt
    1 ½ cups water
    Frosting:
    1 cup Cool Whip
    4 (99gr each) chocolate pudding
    Miniature marshmallows
    Semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Cupcakes: Microwave chocolate and butter in a large microwavable bowl on medium power for 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir sugar into melted chocolate mixture. Beat in eggs, one at a time, with electric mixer. Add vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix on low speed until smooth. Pour into 24 paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes.

    Frosting: Stir whipped topping gently into puddings. Spoon frosting over cupcakes. Decorate with miniature marshmallows and chocolate chips. Store in refrigerator. Cupcakes may be frozen for up to 1 month.

    NOTE: Cupcakes may be baked in flat-bottomed ice cream cones. Fill each cone with ¼ cup batter. Place on cookie sheet and bake as directed.
