    1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    3/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
    3 eggs
    1 cup granola
    1/2 cup butterscotch flavored morsels
    1/2 cup nuts; chopped
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup butterscotch flavored morsels
    1 teaspoon butter
    2 teaspoon half and half
    2 teaspoon finely chopped nuts, if desired

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, sour cream, butter, baking soda, baking powder, salt, orange peel and eggs thoroughly; stir in granola. Spread half of batter in greased 9" square pan; sprinkle with Butterscotch Filling. Top with remaining batter. Bake until crust is golden brown, about 30 minutes; cool completely. Drizzle with glaze; sprinkle with nuts.

    BUTTERSCOTCH FILLING: Mix 1/2 cup Butterscotch Flavored Morsels, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

    GLAZE: Heat 1/2 cup Butterscotch Flavored Morsels, 1 tbsp butter and 2 tsp half and half over medium heat until smooth.

    Yield: 9 servings
