1 vegetable cooking spray
1/4 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
4 cups vanilla ice cream divided
1/3 cup pecans chopped
1/3 cup caramel sauce
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons pecans chopped
2 tablespoons caramel sauce
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup


Recipe



Spray a pie plate with vegetable cooking spray. Sprinkle with chocolate wafer crumbs, tilting the pan until evenly distributed. In a medium bowl, beat 2 cups vanilla ice cream until smooth. Spread carefully into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with chopped pecans then drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate syrup on top. Top with 2 cups vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with chopped pecans, caramel sauce, and chocolate syrup. Freeze until firm.
