    2 cups of flour
    ½ cup butter or margarine
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup sour cream (not low fat)
    2 Tablespoons milk
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 - 6 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips or miniature chips

    Filling/Topping:
    ½ cup sugar
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    Mix together in a small bowl and set aside

    With an electric mixer, cream together butter or margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs until the mixture is light and fluffy.

    In separate bowl, combine the sour cream and milk. Set aside. In another large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.

    Beat in flour mixture, then sour cream mixture, alternately into the batter until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips by hand.

    Spoon half the batter into a buttered and floured Bundt or tube baking pan. Sprinkle with half of the filling mixture. Then repeat with remaining batter and filling.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven, cool, remove from pan and dust top with powdered sugar.
